Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own major components of the agentic AI migration platform.
- Implement multi-agent capabilities using foundation models, chain-of-thought reasoning, and tool-use patterns.
- Develop AI-powered network transformation features that analyze, replicate, and optimize enterprise network topologies.
- Collaborate with engineers and product partners through design reviews and architectural coordination.
- Improve agentic orchestration for migrating servers, storage, networks, and applications through development, testing, and measurement.
- Contribute to code reviews, operational excellence, AI-native development practices, mentoring, and rapid experimentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
