Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of customers.
- Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize GenAI applications.
- Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance and building prototypes.
- Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and successful outcomes.
- Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation.
- Share learnings and collaborate with internal teams to inform product development.
- Codify knowledge and operationalize technical success practices.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or machine learning systems.
- Hands-on proficiency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of challenges and proactively acquire new skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting teammates and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
