Responsibilities
- Scale Amplemarket’s core cloud platform for high availability and performance.
- Detect blindspots and add observability to mitigate them.
- Work closely with product engineers to design reliable rollouts of new features.
- Review code, proposals, and participate in architectural discussions.
- Build reproducible automations for urgent infrastructure needs.
- Define solutions to save internal teams time when moving code to production.
- Monitor potential threats and patches with a security-first mindset.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the development process.
Requirements
- Experience designing and maintaining complex, large, or growing systems.
- Ability to think critically about potential issues in system designs or code.
- Strong debugging skills and a focus on finding root causes of production issues.
- Proactive attitude towards fixing problems and suggesting improvements.
- Desire for comprehensive metrics to ensure system functionality.
- Located between GMT-3 and GMT+2 timezones.
