Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized Power Platform solutions aligned with client business processes.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders and clients to translate needs into practical applications and workflows.
- Build and configure Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse solutions.
- Contribute to end-to-end projects including design, customization, data migration, testing, deployment, go-live support, and aftercare.
- Apply Power Platform governance practices covering application lifecycle management, environments, security, and permissions.
- Design and deliver workshops and training for end users and administrators.
- Track project progress and support quality delivery using Azure DevOps.
- Stay current with Power Platform updates and share knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience implementing Power Platform solutions from planning and design through deployment and user adoption.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, data integration techniques, and Power Platform governance.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics, SharePoint, and Azure in relation to Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Power Fx or JavaScript for custom components.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, Boards, and pipelines.
- Initial experience with Microsoft Copilot, agents, and Copilot Studio.
- Ability to design and deliver workshops and training sessions.
- Experience with Power BI for analytics and dashboards is optional.
- Experience delivering complex projects, preferably in a consulting environment, and understanding of architectural and integration decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid project management approaches.
- Native Dutch or French and fluent English.
- Relevant certification is a plus.
