Responsibilities
- Define expected outcomes, success criteria, delivery trajectories, architecture principles, integration patterns, evaluation approaches, security requirements, and operating models for GenAI and agentic products.
- Lead client missions, secure commitments, organize decision-making, manage dependencies and risks, and guide products through production run and adoption.
- Manage and develop consultants and engineers by establishing standards and supporting team growth.
- Bridge business vision and technical execution while arbitrating platforms, models, and patterns based on value, risk, cost, and information-system considerations.
- Develop client relationships, identify extensions and scaling opportunities, and lead GenAI and agentic qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
- Contribute to the AI Lab or reusable demonstrators according to interest.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in AI or software engineering.
- Experience delivering a GenAI or agentic solution in production.
- Technical credibility with Python, APIs, RAG, agents, CI/CD, and cloud.
- Practical experience with APIs, Git, testing, and CI/CD pipelines, plus an understanding of cloud and containers.
- Proficiency with at least one orchestration framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
- Strong client leadership, judgment, and ability to challenge business needs and make decisions in changing environments.
- Fluent French and English.
