Responsibilities

  • Drive software feature planning, integration, validation, and commercialization against product release schedules.
  • Coordinate engineering, product, program, and other cross-functional stakeholders to enable features and deliver software on time.
  • Lead software release execution while maintaining process compliance, quality standards, and release management practices.
  • Drive issue triage, debugging, technical reviews, and resolution of runtime, build, and system integration problems.
  • Manage integration workflows, configuration management, release processes, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple product lines.
  • Optimize development and validation workflows to improve software release efficiency, quality, and predictability.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among geographically distributed technical and business teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a PhD is also accepted.
  • At least 10 years of experience in embedded software development, system software integration, or software commercialization is stated in the general qualifications.
  • Minimum qualifications accept 6+ years with a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years with a master’s degree, or 4+ years with a PhD in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of programming experience with languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Strong C programming, debugging, scripting, software integration, release management, and configuration management skills.
  • Experience with real-time embedded systems, operating systems, system software development, multitasking, multithreading, and operating system concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex runtime, build, and integration issues and lead cross-functional technical investigations.
  • Experience with JIRA and Agile development practices.
  • Strong program management, planning, organizational, analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct authority.
