Responsibilities

  • Lead and define the overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for major client accounts.
  • Engage with and present to customer C-level executives, aligning their objectives with Celonis' technical strategy.
  • Identify and architect innovative solutions leveraging emergent technologies.
  • Act as a liaison between Celonis' product and engineering teams and client teams.
  • Assess the IT landscape maturity of customer installations.
  • Participate in pre-sales and post-sales phases with customer architecture and security teams.
  • Coach Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on technical implementation issues.
  • Develop reusable assets for consulting teams on projects.
  • Create customer-facing position papers and thought leadership presentations.
  • Design technical presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in architecture or enterprise roles.
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of presenting to C-level executives.
  • Experience in Capability Mapping and Enterprise Modernization.
  • Strong background in Data Architecture and integration patterns.
  • Technical expertise in system integrations, data operations, and automation.
  • Ability to switch between architecture discussions and hands-on technical work.
  • Understanding of cloud-native architectures and SaaS solutions.
  • MSc degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
