Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy model-driven and canvas-based Power Apps for complex business requirements.
- Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate processes and improve enterprise data flow.
- Architect Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Customize and configure SharePoint lists, Power Query, and disparate systems for business needs and data integration.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and administration for deployed solutions.
- Lead and participate in code reviews to promote quality, standards compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages, as well as SharePoint and Power Query.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent project-related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong problem-solving ability and experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Apps certification.
- Preferred: experience in clinical research or the life sciences industry.
- Preferred: experience with additional Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise integration patterns.
