Base Salary
$152k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, including planning, scoping, milestones, and success metrics.
- Own the post-sales technical relationship with customer engineering and security teams.
- Develop and execute implementation plans that accelerate reliable first time to value.
- Identify blockers, misaligned expectations, and skill gaps, and escalate risks as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, Support, and development teams on handoffs and issue resolution.
- Document repeatable processes, technical guides, implementation templates, and internal runbooks.
- Coordinate support needs, triage technical issues, and advocate for customers by sharing feedback with product teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
- Experience building and/or deploying AI systems or applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.
- Experience leading technical deployments across on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS environments.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries is required or valued, with AI/ML or cybersecurity product experience a significant bonus.
- Strong communication and project management skills, including the ability to set expectations, drive timelines, and maintain alignment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-growth environment with ambiguity.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is nice to have.
