Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications while managing features and releases.
- Customize Salesforce Lightning user interfaces using Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability and stability.
- Integrate Salesforce applications using APIs and web services.
- Document configuration changes and maintain records of system modifications.
- Provide solutions to work-related problems and contribute to team discussions.
- Share knowledge with junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Lightning framework customization.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Familiarity with APIs and web services for Salesforce integrations.
- Ability to use declarative tools and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Knowledge of application performance and security best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
