Responsibilities
- Build onboarding, setup, and discovery experiences for developers.
- Create product surfaces to help users discover Codex capabilities.
- Develop collaborative team experiences for easier adoption across organizations.
- Implement full-stack systems balancing user experience with backend reliability.
- Run experiments and analyze user behavior to improve activation funnels.
- Translate real-world adoption challenges into scalable product capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with frontend and backend systems, preferably using React, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Background in building onboarding, activation, or developer-product experiences.
- Ability to simplify complex customer problems into intuitive product flows.
- Experience working collaboratively across product, design, and engineering teams.
- Comfortable using data and user feedback to inform product decisions.
