$230k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build onboarding, setup, and discovery experiences connecting Codex to repositories, tools, environments, and existing workflows.
- Create product surfaces for discovering Codex capabilities, including plugins, skills, integrations, templates, recommendations, and workflow entry points.
- Build collaborative team experiences such as workspace setup, invitations, sharing, team configuration, and usage visibility.
- Develop full-stack systems across web, IDEs, CLI, and integrations with polished user experiences and reliable backend architecture.
- Partner with product and design on experiments, activation funnels, adoption blockers, and iterative improvements based on user behavior.
- Work with customers, GTM, and Forward Deployed teams to convert adoption challenges into scalable product capabilities.
- Help define onboarding, discovery, and activation experiences for Codex.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack software engineering fundamentals and experience building polished, production-grade user experiences.
- Comfort working across frontend and backend systems, ideally with React, TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar tools.
- Experience building onboarding, activation, growth, collaboration, discovery, or developer-product experiences.
- Ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into simple, intuitive product flows.
- Comfort collaborating across product, design, engineering, analytics, and customer-facing teams.
- Ability to use data, experimentation, and user feedback to guide product decisions.
- Comfort working in zero-to-one environments and navigating ambiguity with strong product judgment.
