Senior Consultant - Commercial Architecture (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in business process discussions, application design, and the creation of technical and end-user requirements for Veeva Commercial products.
- Advise senior management and executive stakeholders as a subject-matter expert and explain complex technical architectures to nontechnical audiences.
- Translate high-level concepts and requirements into technical language for implementation by technical resources.
- Ensure Veeva applications are configured according to best practices and integrated effectively into customers’ broader commercial architectures.
- Create assessments, application health checks, and commercial architectures supporting solution design.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and Veeva colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide direction to junior resources and support recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to project management, strategic analysis, technical work, and continued expertise in life sciences and Veeva solutions.
Requirements
- At least five years of consulting, architecture, or data experience in life sciences, including work with multiple life sciences organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Veeva CRM is mandatory.
- Experience with other Veeva Commercial Cloud applications such as Vault Promomats, Vault MedComms, CRM Events, Network, Align, and OpenData is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Knowledge or experience with business process development, SOPs, governance processes, and program management is desirable.
- Additional experience with data warehousing, web services, ETL, SQL, Force.com, integrations, batch CSV integrations, or user authentication is desirable.
- Experience with software from other vendors, including IQVIA, SAP, or CVENT, is a plus.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the EU; employment visa sponsorship is not anticipated.
