Responsibilities
- Drive architecture and design for AI solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Design, and Data Science.
- Design, build, and refine backend services for LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and generative AI features.
- Build high-performance agentic experiences for web and mobile with streaming responses and low latency.
- Champion observability, reliability, performance, and operational excellence for enterprise AI services.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on execution for key AI projects.
- Mentor engineers and raise technical craftsmanship and solution quality across the full stack.
- Collaborate with global peers on designs, roadmaps, and scalable architectures.
- Partner with Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure, reliable, enterprise-ready AI.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend systems design and development experience.
- 8+ years of Python experience preferred.
- 6+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications and services.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, resilient APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy and lead architecture decisions across global teams.
- Excellent communication and cross-time-zone collaboration skills.
