Base Salary

$173k - $286k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable solutions across Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and related enterprise platforms.
  • Design and govern Workday Financials solutions and integrations with Salesforce, RevRec, Vertex, banking platforms, and other external systems.
  • Translate complex business and finance requirements into robust technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Enforce coding standards, security practices, performance optimization, and maintainability standards.
  • Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, technical decisions, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business systems analysts, third-party integrators, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of AI/ML, automation, and integration technologies and evolve frameworks and practices for organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
  • Experience with Workday Financials or Accounting Center, or comparable Oracle/SAP ERP platforms, in complex integration-heavy enterprise environments.
  • Proven technical leadership in architecture and solution design for large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Deep expertise in Workday Business Processes, Security, Accounting Center, Prism Analytics, Core Connectors, EIB, Studio, Workday Extend, Orchestrate, BIRT, and Document Transformation.
  • Hands-on experience designing ERP integrations using APIs, connectors, middleware, and automation frameworks, including integrations with Salesforce, RevPro/revenue management, Vertex, banking systems, and data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of integration frameworks, API design, SOA patterns, REST, SOAP, log analysis, and troubleshooting with Splunk or similar tools.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical designs to technical and business audiences.
  • Preferred qualifications include Workday Extend and Orchestrate custom application experience; familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices; AI/ML and automation exposure; experience with Kainos, Selenium, or MuleSoft RPA; familiarity with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and CodeWhisperer; and knowledge of SOX, enterprise security, and finance/ERP compliance.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
