Base Salary
$140k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and/or JavaScript with Node.js.
- Build and integrate AI-powered developer productivity solutions using Claude Code and Cowork.
- Implement MCP-based integrations and workflows for AI-assisted software development.
- Develop APIs and service integrations while troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining AI-enabled development platforms.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to define solutions and improve engineering productivity.
- Independently design, build, and deploy scalable backend solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Claude Code.
- Hands-on experience with Cowork and practical experience implementing MCP integrations and workflows.
- Strong backend development experience with Python and/or JavaScript with Node.js.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered developer workflows and productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of API development, service integrations, and backend architecture.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows and Agile software development environments.
- 9+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with AI developer tools, AI coding assistants, production MCP integrations, LLM ecosystems, AI agents, prompt engineering, cloud platforms, and modern software delivery practices is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams, troubleshoot backend services, and translate AI capabilities into scalable productivity improvements.
