Senior Software Engineer (Industrial C# / .NET - Energy Systems)

Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and evolve software in a fast-paced Agile environment while following modern standards, security, and documentation practices.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to an Agile team of 5–7 members.
- Translate product vision into prioritized user stories and ensure delivery against quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with product leaders and architects on multigeneration software technology plans.
- Architect and implement core data structures and algorithms for high-performance, scalable solutions.
- Drive software quality, rigorous testing, process improvements, technology reuse, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical activities and facilitate transfer of complex domain knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM major.
- At least 3 years of experience developing C#/.NET applications.
- At least 1 year of experience leading software projects in an industrial setting.
- Strong experience with Windows desktop application development.
- Embedded software experience is a plus.
- Energy-sector experience in Energy Management, Oil & Gas, or Power & Water is desired.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field is desired.
- Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner credentials are desired.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, document requirements, estimate efforts, evaluate technical alternatives, mentor team members, and drive consensus.
