Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical and functional escalation authority across delivery projects.
- Diagnose complex ERP, data transformation, integration, compliance, and multi-country mandate challenges.
- Design reusable reference architectures, configuration templates, playbooks, and best-practice frameworks.
- Support sales and pre-sales teams with solution reviews, discovery discussions, RFP responses, and customer-facing technical guidance.
- Advise enterprise customers on global e-invoicing mandates, clearance flows, formats, Peppol networks, and government integrations.
- Liaise with national e-invoicing and tax authorities and create compliance roadmaps, mandate checklists, and onboarding documentation.
- Own technical onboarding, training, coaching, certification guidance, knowledge sharing, and the Pagero Knowledge Base.
- Identify delivery-team capability gaps and deploy targeted technical enablement initiatives.
Requirements
- Expert-level, hands-on functional and technical mastery of the Pagero platform ecosystem.
- Extensive knowledge of global e-invoicing regulations, continuous transaction controls, clearance models, Peppol networks, and digital tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong enterprise application integration, API framework, ERP, and data-format experience, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, XML, JSON, EDI, UBL, and CSV.
- Substantial experience as a Lead Architect, Principal Consultant, or senior subject matter expert on complex enterprise deployments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting pre-sales through technical solution reviews, discovery calls, and RFP responses.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills across executive, business, customer, and technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with national tax authorities, e-invoicing standards bodies, or working groups is preferred.
- Experience establishing a Center of Excellence or structured technical training and onboarding curriculum is preferred.
- Relevant architecture, cloud, or ERP certifications such as TOGAF, cloud certifications, or ERP-specific accreditations are preferred.
- Multilingual proficiency, especially Spanish, French, German, or Arabic, is preferred.
