Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Build distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Develop and operate applications on Kubernetes clusters with container orchestration.
- Build LLM-powered features, autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows.
- Implement RAG pipelines, embedding systems, vector database integrations, and AI tool integrations.
- Apply test-driven development with unit, integration, and contract testing.
- Use DevOps and platform engineering practices, including infrastructure automation, deployment automation, and monitoring.
- Design and implement data ingestion and processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and create technical documentation.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues in distributed environments.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python, Java, and Spring Boot with microservices development.
- Strong experience designing and implementing microservice, event-driven, and distributed systems architectures.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of test-driven development and testing frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps or platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and service mesh technologies.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph and transformer technologies such as Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant or Weaviate and embedding models such as OpenAI or BERT.
- Experience designing agent frameworks, multi-agent systems, agentic workflows, memory systems, tool integrations, and agent orchestration.
- Experience with RAG components and patterns, including document chunking, embedding generation, vector similarity search, prompt engineering, hybrid retrieval, query decomposition, and response synthesis.
- Preferred experience with advanced agentic patterns, agent monitoring and observability, semantic search, knowledge graphs, ontologies, stream processing, human-in-the-loop systems, distributed tracing, MLOps, Terraform, Helm, and AWS or an equivalent public cloud.
