Base Salary
$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products across the stack.
- Collaborate with product, design, and go-to-market teams to transform customer workflows into shipped products.
- Set technical direction and standards for architecture and code quality.
- Engage with enterprise customers to gather insights and translate them into engineering priorities.
- Work with research teams to enhance model capabilities and improve product performance.
- Mentor engineers and elevate the technical standards of the team.
- Develop multi-player, asynchronous agents for goal-oriented processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a Staff or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Experience in designing and delivering complex enterprise or B2B products.
- Proven track record of building AI products and translating model capabilities into user applications.
- Ability to work directly with enterprise customers and make informed technical decisions.
- Experience in building products from 0 to 1 in dynamic environments.
- Strong skills in driving cross-team alignment and influencing without authority.
