Responsibilities

Drive the architectural vision and strategy for enterprise functionality.
Orchestrate and lead major technical projects across teams.
Design, architect, code, and document large-scale distributed systems.
Serve as a subject matter expert on scalable and reliable systems.
Mentor and coach less experienced engineers.
Collaborate with Product, Security, and engineering teams to improve the platform.
Drive technical decision-making balancing simplicity, flexibility, reliability, and performance.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure service availability.

8+ years of experience with large-scale systems or services.
Solid architectural and security knowledge in distributed systems.
Experience collaborating with external teams on successful projects.
Proficiency in Node.js (JavaScript or TypeScript) or GoLang.
Experience building full-stack applications with React.
Good understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
Strong mentoring and communication skills.
