Base Salary
$219k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical voice for 1–5 enterprise clients.
- Define and direct technical strategy for large Retail and CPG accounts in partnership with Account Executives.
- Lead customers through evaluation, adoption, and data-driven business transformation using Databricks.
- Build technical champions and align account strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship to other team members.
- Maintain and extend production data systems to address complex customer needs.
- Support pre-sales activities, including technical account management, value selling, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with very large accounts in the Retail and CPG-related space.
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud.
- Experience driving data-driven business transformation and organizational change.
- 4+ years of design and implementation experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP, or with full-lifecycle data science solutions.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Databricks Certification is preferred.
