Responsibilities
- Develop the tribe’s technical vision, strategy, and roadmap with the Agile Tribe Lead and Solution Architect.
- Set scope, distribute and prioritize conflicting requirements across squads, and manage technical delivery.
- Define critical non-functional requirements, manage technical debt, and align technology decisions with group standards.
- Support Product Owners, Agile Masters, and IT Application Owners while managing interdependencies across squads.
- Improve the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and software development lifecycle quality.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the tribe.
- Work with the ABS Service Owner to support cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role within an agile environment.
- Deep understanding of technical aspects and architecture roadmaps.
- Hands-on ability to decompose complex system landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and technical synchronization skills.
- Strong knowledge of different agile practices.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Mandatory German and English language skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical applications.
- Strategic, solution-focused, assertive, and innovation-oriented mindset.
