Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Management and USEM components.
- Develop technical solutions based on business and security requirements.
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Configure dashboards, reports, and automation capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations with security and compliance tools using REST and SOAP.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover activities.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders.
- Independently implement developer user stories with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow Security Operations, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, or Vulnerability Management.
- Preferred familiarity with Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM, or Cribl.
- Preferred understanding of Configuration Compliance, hardening processes, CMDB, CI relationships, MID Server integrations, and ServiceNow USEM architecture.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response certification is preferred.
