Responsibilities
- Design and present IBM Software solutions focused on Automation, Data Management, AI, and Security.
- Engage with partners, vendors, and end customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Create technical proposals, solution architectures, demonstrations, and recommendations to support sales opportunities.
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, webinars, and partner enablement activities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to drive business growth.
- Conduct customer and partner meetings promoting IBM Software solutions and best practices.
- Maintain technical certifications and continuously expand enterprise technology expertise.
Requirements
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Presales professional, Systems Engineer, Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Solid understanding of one or more of Automation, AI, Databases, Security, ERP systems, Application Performance Monitoring, or Enterprise Software.
- Ability to design and present end-to-end technical solutions and translate business requirements into practical architectures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging customers, partners, and technical audiences.
- Fluent Polish and English language skills.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, passion for technology, and willingness to learn new IBM Software technologies.
