Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and launch software products and services.
- Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment.
- Develop solutions for Customer Service AI Guided-Workflow features and support their global expansion.
- Implement instrumentation to monitor metrics and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Design and code solutions for broadly defined problems using robust system architectures.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting services owned by the Software team.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product vision, prioritize projects, and align plans with shared objectives.
- Use Scrum, test-driven development, and continuous deployment practices to deliver projects within realistic timelines and resource constraints.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience in software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

- The base salary range is $143,700.00-$194,400.00 USD annually for USA, Washington, Seattle.
