Base Salary
$150k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and scope projects in collaboration with developers and business users.
- Analyze existing systems for robustness and performance improvements.
- Present ideas for system improvements, both technical and business-related.
- Produce product specifications and train peers and users on system use and maintenance.
- Conduct unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Maintain and support systems once released to UAT and production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in C#, OOP, Concurrency, Real-time Systems, Automated Unit Testing, and SOA.
- Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with FIX Protocol and electronic trading experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Appia FIX Engine is preferred.
- Familiarity with software development related AI tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred.
