Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationships with Adyen’s Payment Methods partners.
- Drive end-to-end conversion improvements and enhance existing integrations.
- Work closely with the engineering team to identify and address bottlenecks.
- Act as the technical point of contact for card acquiring rails.
- Identify opportunities to develop tools and processes for scalable support.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a tech or payments company.
- Strong ability to structure and communicate clear project plans.
- Deep understanding of API integrations and payment systems.
- Operational excellence with a hands-on mindset and attention to detail.
- Skilled at managing external stakeholders and influencing partners.
