Responsibilities
- Build and configure development tools and infrastructure.
- Design, build, test, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

- Document processes and configurations.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to work independently, become a subject matter expert, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
