Base Salary
$93k - $177k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write clean, consistent, and well-documented code.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain database-backed web applications and public-facing websites.
- Design relational data models and interface with third-party applications.
- Build software solutions for internal customers and provide operational support for existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements and feedback with business process owners and development teams.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to align web design and user experience requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- At least five years of full-time professional web application development experience.
- Strong skills in at least two areas including front-end web development, application design and development, back-end development, relational databases, or software quality assurance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and customer-service oriented.
- Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or other US person.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred: understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive web design.
- Preferred: experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern front-end libraries such as Vue.
