Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Android applications.
- Debug and resolve application-code issues, including performance and usability problems.
- Participate in code reviews and develop new features and functionality.
- Collaborate with the development team to meet application requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain application documentation and stay current with Android development trends.
- Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs and contribute to application troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Android application development.
- Experience with Java or Kotlin and strong knowledge of Android SDK, XML layouts, and Jetpack Components.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle, Git, REST APIs, Retrofit, JSON parsing, and Firebase.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, third-party libraries or APIs, and Android development tools.
- Nice-to-have knowledge of Coroutines, Flows, and MVVM architecture.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.
