Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack software solutions for current and future plant software and surrounding components.
- Collaborate with agile team members, stakeholders, partners, process engineers, and colleagues on requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain an overview of the overall software architecture and contribute to software concepts and implementation.
- Ensure quality through unit testing, simulation testing, direct system testing, and documentation.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and share knowledge within the team.
- Apply relevant national and international standards to software development and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Passion for software development and ability to work in a self-driven, structured, and responsible manner.
- IT-related degree or completed vocational training qualification.
- 5–10 years of professional experience as a software engineer on complex software projects.
- Good to very good knowledge of C# and JavaScript, including Node.js and Vue.js, and their associated tool ecosystem.
- Advantageous experience with Windows, Linux, virtual machines, containerization, additional object-oriented programming languages, web development, and software architecture design and documentation techniques.
- Strong English communication skills; German is desirable.
- Willingness to learn new topics, contribute ideas, follow IT developments, and travel.
