Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements and document them.
- Design and build sophisticated multi-dimensional Pigment applications.
- Transform existing customer solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into planning models.
- Train and co-build with customers to help them become self-sufficient.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Integrate source software and support migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Connect customer stakeholders with the product team to inform platform development.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- Strong ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working with large volumes of unstructured data that must be structured and validated.
- Ability to learn new domains and adapt to diverse customer use cases.
- Strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and customer dedication.
- Strategic thinking and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple objectives with limited supervision.
- Fluent English; French or additional European languages are advantageous.
- MBA or another relevant advanced degree is preferred.
