Base Salary
$110k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Flow, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Lead Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, branching and merge strategies, release management, and multi-environment deployments.
- Perform Experience Cloud design, development, and implementation.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and platforms and resolve data migration and interface issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Configure and troubleshoot Salesforce to resolve defects, user issues, and performance problems.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure scalable, secure, performant implementations that follow development standards.
- Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, developers, administrators, QA testers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and recommend improvements based on Salesforce releases and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of general work experience.
- At least three years of experience developing Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with full-stack engineering, including database development and integration, and at least three years deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Salesforce configuration, Flow, OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Experience owning and supporting Salesforce DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, SFDX/CLI, branching and merge strategies, release management, and deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce integration patterns, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Administrator are preferred.
- Public-sector experience or experience implementing multiple Salesforce projects is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.
