Base Salary
$120k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and reusable GitLab Components.
- Automate build, testing, integration, security validation, packaging, deployment, and release processes across development, test, staging, and production environments.
- Implement GitOps-based deployment and configuration-management workflows.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and/or Terraform.
- Deploy and configure Microsoft Azure infrastructure through automated pipelines, including networking, compute, storage, identity, and virtualization components.
- Troubleshoot issues across pipelines, applications, Linux systems, Azure infrastructure, networking, and virtualization.
- Develop scripts, utilities, and reusable infrastructure, pipeline, and application components.
- Integrate automated testing, security scanning, compliance validation, and other quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Support Git-based development workflows, containerized deployments, and Linux-based workload operations.
- Identify manual release and deployment activities that can be replaced with automated, repeatable workflows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, software development, infrastructure automation, release engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitLab CI, GitLab Components, and component-based CI/CD design.
- Experience with GitOps workflows, Linux environments, software development or scripting, Git-based source control, and collaborative development practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure networking and virtualization technologies.
- Experience developing Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and/or Terraform.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple layers of application and infrastructure stacks.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- CompTIA Security+ and Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 certifications are mandatory.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure Government or other regulated Azure experience, Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service, Docker, Python, reusable Bicep or Terraform modules, security scanning integration, artifact repositories, container registries, package management, and DoD or regulated-environment DevSecOps experience.
