Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software for the autonomy stack of unmanned aerial vehicles.
Collaborate daily with the USA team and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
Integrate software with hardware components for seamless operation.
Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance autonomous decision-making and navigation.
Contribute to system-level design and architecture for scalability and reliability.
Mentor and lead junior engineers to foster their technical growth.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML and computer vision.
Work with hardware/sensor system models for accurate software integration.
Engage with customers through meetings and presentations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proven track record of delivering software solutions in agile environments.
Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Solid understanding of system engineering for hardware-integrated systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
Experience in complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
Excellent English communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
Strong meeting and presentation skills for customer interactions.
Familiarity with hardware/sensor system modeling.
