Responsibilities
- Translate process-improvement and automation opportunities into practical technical solutions from ideation through implementation.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows, agents, automations, integrations, prototypes, and lightweight applications.
- Test solutions with users and progress successful approaches toward secure, reliable, supportable production use.
- Work with business partners to understand processes, requirements, and desired outcomes and determine whether AI, automation, integration, or system changes are appropriate.
- Collaborate with Enterprise IT, Data, Security, and other technical groups on architecture, integration, and production support.
- Test, document, support, and create reusable components for delivered solutions while sharing knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and delivering software, automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
- Strong Python programming experience for AI, automation, data processing, or back-end development.
- Experience connecting applications and workflows to APIs, enterprise systems, and business data.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and modern data-pipeline approaches.
- Understanding of language models, agent-based workflows, retrieval, and tool use.
- Experience with version control, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintainable software design.
- Ability to take business needs from conception through delivery and collaborate effectively with Enterprise IT and other technical teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with Azure, Databricks, Apache Spark, data pipelines, ETL, workflow orchestration, machine-learning methods, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Celonis, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, CSS, or Tailwind.
