Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom clinical and operational workflows with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Own the technical lifecycle from first deployment through a thriving, self-sufficient customer.
  • Diagnose complex agentic issues, coordinate with engineering, and resolve customer escalations.
  • Lead demos, technical discussions, and solution architecture for clinical AI workflows.
  • Define workflow success criteria and build evaluations to measure performance.
  • Visit clinics and hospitals to understand customer teams and care delivery firsthand.
  • Manage trade-offs between building, customizing, and deploying existing knowledge flows.
  • Run safety audits and recommend ongoing evaluation refinements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in implementation engineering or a customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems end-to-end without a playbook.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex integration issues to both technical and clinical stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise customers or health systems is a strong plus.
