Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python microservices capable of handling hundreds of requests per minute.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Python microservices, ensuring high performance.
- Design, optimize, and maintain Spark jobs for big data processing.
- Work closely with data scientists to develop and deploy ML models.
- Take ownership of all aspects of the development cycle, including design, implementation, and deployment of backend and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement technical solutions.
- Ensure high system performance, reliability, and scalability by continuously improving backend services and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark for big data processing.
- Experience with building and maintaining microservices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment of services.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Deep understanding of data architecture and processing pipelines.
- Experience with Redis and Kafka is an advantage.
- Experience with AWS Sagemaker is an advantage.
