Base Salary
$117k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement and configure Sales Cloud capabilities including account and opportunity management.
- Design and enhance Service Cloud capabilities such as case management and support automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
- Participate in release management and CI/CD practices to improve deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Utilize AI practices to design and optimize Salesforce workflows.
- Stay current on Salesforce platform releases and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on designing and customizing applications.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and extensibility.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and SOQL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with related business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in an Agile setting.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications and experience with modern CI/CD tooling.
