Base Salary
$220k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to scope, design, build, evaluate, and deploy GenAI and machine learning solutions.
- Develop RAG systems, fine-tuning pipelines, prompt-engineering recipes, and agentic workflows.
- Create augmented datasets and evaluation workflows focused on model reliability, transparency, and stakeholder trust.
- Manage customer leadership and stakeholder relationships throughout AI project delivery.
- Collaborate with Solutions and Product teams to map customer needs to capabilities and identify roadmap gaps.
- Standardize repeatable customer solutions into internal recipes, workflows, best practices, and platform capabilities.
- Lead stakeholder education, customer enablement workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Represent customer feedback and emerging AI paradigms to product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics, or comparable experience.
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and strong software engineering fundamentals, including modular design, testing, profiling, packaging, type validation, and typed data modeling.
- Experience with pydantic, mypy, pytest, poetry, FastAPI, msgspec, Ray, and Airflow.
- Expertise with scikit-learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, FAISS, pandas, Spark, Chroma, Weaviate, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
- Experience leading strategic customer-facing initiatives and collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve successful ML outcomes.
- Strong presentation and enablement skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects.
