Responsibilities
- Understand users’ goals and challenges through direct customer conversations.
- Help customers design and optimize their Metabase implementations.
- Guide customers in connecting data sources, transforming data, and converting questions into executable queries.
- Solve complex technical problems and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Collaborate with technical communicators to create educational customer materials.
- Represent customer feedback to product and engineering teams and help influence product development.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience writing production code, administering systems, and/or managing databases.
- Demonstrate strong database and SQL skills.
- Have strong technical expertise in at least two areas: web application development and troubleshooting, infrastructure management and troubleshooting, or database management, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Be customer-focused and enjoy helping people solve problems.
