Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise applications.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and AI-native adoption.
- Continuously improve software development and operational practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies: Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
