Base Salary

Responsibilities

Own the successful integration of customer systems with Brex, managing end-to-end implementation.
Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, guiding them toward optimal integration setups.
Lead project meetings and technical calls, setting clear expectations and driving projects forward.
Contribute to customer enablement by creating and refining training materials and Help Center content.
Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, translating needs into actionable insights.
Share insights and collaborate with peers to enhance internal processes.

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with experience in implementing accounting systems.
Functional expertise in accounting and finance areas, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
Strong project management skills with the ability to track timelines and drive projects to completion.
Experience translating business requirements into product configurations.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative problem-solving approach with experience working across teams.
