Base Salary
$219k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple clients.
- Define, direct, and implement technical strategies for major enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
- Lead customers through transformational evaluation and adoption of Databricks solutions.
- Build technical champions within customer accounts and align stakeholders around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship to other team members.
- Support wider and deeper adoption of ML and AI across relevant customer use cases.
Requirements
- Experienced pre-sales professional with a successful track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
- Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
- Technical knowledge of big data, data science, cloud, ML, and AI.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Ability to establish and lead virtual teams, build executive relationships, present persuasive points of view, and drive data-driven business transformation.
- Databricks Certification is a preferred qualification.
