Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Test, evaluate, implement, optimize, and fine-tune AI and RAG models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems supporting autonomous planning, tool use, and multi-step task execution.
- Develop prompt engineering and prompt testing approaches to produce desired AI outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Architect and deploy AI/ML and RAG solutions on AWS using services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and S3.
- Write maintainable Python code and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI models and applications in a monorepo environment.
- Research advances in AI and machine learning and document models, processes, and workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong Python programming proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation models and proven prompt engineering experience.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications with tool or function calling, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous workflow design.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS cloud services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2, and S3, for AI/ML development and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, AWS Bedrock Agents, and Model Context Protocol.
- Preferred AWS certification, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Knowledge of natural language processing techniques, Git, and deploying AI models in production environments.
