Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain data engineering pipelines and scalable platforms.
- Organize disparate structured and unstructured data to support client missions and analytical insights.
- Assess, design, develop, and maintain data platforms with multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and deploy large-scale batch and stream analytics pipelines.
- Support ETL operations and analytics workloads on cloud and platform-as-a-service environments.
- Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, developers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, customer success managers, and data consumers.
- Develop and present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leaders.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in data engineering, pipeline development, data science, data analytics, machine learning, or software engineering.
- Experience with source control and collaboration tools such as Git or Atlassian tools.
- Experience writing software in Python or another programming language.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL or GraphQL.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting on Linux or Windows.
- Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for access to classified information.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Preferred experience includes AWS EMR, Redshift, SageMaker, Databricks, SQL Data Warehouse, or machine learning services.
- Preferred experience includes ETL, Apache Spark or NVIDIA CUDA, Terraform or CloudFormation, large-scale batch and stream analytics, and DoD information systems.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in a listed technical field and cloud or information security certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Certification, Security+, or CISSP.
