Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers.
  • Deliver timely and organized onboarding for new customers.
  • Ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products.
  • Advise on technical best practices and provide proactive guidance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering on technical escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Participate in periodic account reviews to contribute technical expertise.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the CSE organization.
  • Travel 20-50% for customer meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • 10 years of prior post-sales customer relationship management experience.
  • Deep understanding of internet technologies and protocols.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems with sustainable solutions.
  • Experience with a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Technical curiosity and passion for staying updated on industry trends.
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
  • Fluency in English and either Russian, Ukrainian, or Hebrew.
