Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers.
- Deliver timely and organized onboarding for new customers.
- Ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products.
- Advise on technical best practices and provide proactive guidance.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering on technical escalations.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing customer accounts.
- Participate in periodic account reviews to contribute technical expertise.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the CSE organization.
- Travel 20-50% for customer meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 10 years of prior post-sales customer relationship management experience.
- Deep understanding of internet technologies and protocols.
- Ability to identify and solve problems with sustainable solutions.
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Technical curiosity and passion for staying updated on industry trends.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
- Fluency in English and either Russian, Ukrainian, or Hebrew.
