Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the ThreatQ cyber threat intelligence platform with emphasis on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with team members, product owners, designers, product managers, security analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop high-quality code according to best practices and coding standards, and participate in code reviews.
- Stay current with cybersecurity technologies and industry trends and integrate appropriate tools and techniques.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and API documentation.
Requirements
- Require 2–4 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Require knowledge of PHP with Laravel and/or Python and object-oriented programming principles.
- Require experience with SQL and database systems; MariaDB experience is applicable, with MongoDB, Redis, and Solr familiarity preferred.
- Require experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, TypeScript, and CSS, as well as RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Require knowledge of AI coding tools and agent integrations, such as Claude Code or similar assistants and MCP-based integrations.
- Require experience with Git-based version control, testing frameworks, Docker or Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform.
- Prefer familiarity with RabbitMQ or similar asynchronous job systems and on-premises Kubernetes with RKE2.
- Require strong problem-solving, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, and experience in Agile development environments.
- Must be willing to develop knowledge of SaaS concepts and event-driven or queue-based architecture.
