Responsibilities

Build new services to meet critical business needs using Golang.
Support team members in design techniques and best practices.
Collaborate with engineers, security, designers, and product managers to create a quarterly roadmap.
Demonstrate awareness of Coinbase’s platform and development practices.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical leaders.
Work with teams across multiple time zones.
Participate in on-call production support rotations.

At least 3 years of experience in software engineering focused on web applications.
Experience in building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
Experience with large-scale, high-traffic platforms.
Knowledge of service-oriented architecture.
Proficiency in Go programming language.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and database technologies.
