Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify customer pain points and design end-to-end solutions
- Lead solution development from high-level system design and prototyping through application development and data integration
- Deploy technical solutions for challenging customer problems
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from customers and colleagues through rapid iteration
- Work with customers and internal teams to accommodate regulatory, data, and user-environment constraints
- Develop solutions using Palantir products, open-source technologies, and custom-built tools
Requirements
- Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics
- Experience with logistics, materiel, sustainment, aviation, or readiness analysis is a plus
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and related technical tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Understanding of how technical decisions affect users
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in rapidly changing environments
- Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Willingness and interest to travel as needed
